Katie earned her Masters in Accounting from the University of Denver before working in Business Tax Services at a Big 4 accounting firm for over two years. She then joined a Boutique Public Accounting Firm where she worked for four years providing tax and accounting services to small and medium sized businesses. Katie’s experience has given her exposure to a widespread of industries and taught her not only the importance of technical accuracy, but also the necessity of understanding client’s individual needs and providing tailored solutions.

Robert Frederick, MBA

Robert has spent over a decade in corporate financial management in small, medium, and Fortune 100 organizations. He has experience in multiple avenues including accounting, financial analysis, Wall Street earnings, and commercial banking. Robert received his MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado and brings an innate sense of curiosity and partnership to his interaction with clients. As a member of your community and native of Colorado, Robert’s goal is to assist in the long-term success of you and your business to make your financial picture stress-free, fulfilling, and successful. Robert is in the process of earning his CPA.

Joanne M McCarter, CPA, MAcc

Joanne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting from Stetson University and a Master of Accounting from the University of Florida. She worked for Ernst & Young in Southeast and Central Florida in Auditing, and then for the Walt Disney World Company as an in house CPA. For the past twelve years, Joanne has worked for a Boutique Public Accounting Firm, heading up the Corporate & Partnership Tax and accounting services. Through her varied work experiences, Joanne has learned the value of listening to client needs, demonstrated by following up with accurate and timely accounting in order to make business decisions and, for the small business owner, the value of tax planning and projections.
